Terms of service.

Booking

All journeys are pre-booked. You confirm the booking by replying to the fixed-price quote on WhatsApp or by text. Until I have a confirmation from you, no slot is held in the diary.

The price

The price I quote in writing is the price you pay. Any forecourt fee charged by the airport (Manchester, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, East Midlands) is shown on its own line in the quote, never added on at the end. No surge pricing. No surprise charges.

Payment

Payment is taken on the day of the journey, by card or contactless on a Sumup terminal in the car. Cash is also fine. No deposit is required for a standard airport booking.

Cancellation

Free to cancel up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours, the fee is half the agreed fare. If your flight is cancelled, your trip is rescheduled at no extra cost. If there is a genuine emergency, message me and we will sort it without quibble.

Waiting time

The first 15 minutes of waiting at a pickup is included in the price. After that, waiting is charged at £15 per hour, pro-rated. For airport collections, I track the flight, so if the plane is late you do not pay extra.

Liability and complaints

I hold full Hire and Reward insurance and Enhanced DBS clearance. If something goes wrong, message me first and I will work to put it right. If you remain unhappy, you can complain to Leeds City Council Licensing Authority, who hold my operator licence.

Vehicle

The vehicle is a Toyota Auris Estate hybrid. Maximum four passengers and four standard cases. Child seats are available on request, free of charge. Booster seats also available.
